“I feel like my relationship battery is either always low or completely drained. No matter how much I try, I’m just worn out from keeping things together.”
It’s not always the big conflicts that create distance. Sometimes, it’s the wear and tear of everyday life. Those tiny irritations or frustrations that slowly stack up until they build resentment, emotional withdrawal, or a sense of disconnection, leaving behind a rift that feels like it can’t be fixed.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken; it’s about shifting the patterns that keep you stuck.
"To love in marriage is to become capable of truly valuing another human being.”
- Jennifer Finlayson-Fife
How are you showing up in your relationship?
I work with individuals and couples who want to understand how each partner shows up in the relationship and why. Together, we’ll untangle co-dependency, move out of enmeshment, and support each of you in growing as individuals while strengthening your connection and moving toward a healthier, more authentic bond.
What to Expect
My approach to therapy is shaped by the works of Jennifer Finlayson-Fife and Terry Real, creator of RLT. I have a differentiation-based style that encourages each partner to reflect on how they contribute to the relationship dynamic, while practicing integrity, authenticity, and collaboration.
Here are some of the struggles therapy can address: emotional exhaustion, repeated arguments, emotional distance, mixed-belief relationships, people-pleasing and boundary struggles, and healing relational trauma from past or current relationships.
