Coaching with Jannalee Evans
Support for Faith Transitions, Relational Healing, and Rebuilding Self-Trust (Telehealth Coaching Available Nationwide)
Who I Am
I grew up in Provo, Utah as the oldest girl in a family of eleven children, in a home shaped by deep faith and complex family dynamics. For much of my life, I believed that if I followed the rules, had enough faith, and worked hard enough, everything would work out as promised.
Life, of course, had other plans.
Now, as a partner and a mom, I understand firsthand how faith, family, and identity can be both grounding and deeply challenging. That lived experience shapes how I work with clients today. I do not approach coaching as someone with all the answers, but as someone who understands the weight of big questions, internal conflict, and the desire to live more honestly.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
- Carl Jung
What I Do
I support clients who are ready to step out of old patterns and into more authentic, self-directed lives. Coaching is especially helpful if you are navigating a faith transition, untangling complex family dynamics, or rebuilding trust in yourself after years of living by external expectations.
Many clients come to coaching during periods of religious deconstruction, relationship shifts, or identity transitions. My approach centers on curiosity, compassion, and learning to listen to your own internal wisdom rather than overriding it.
Coaching is future-oriented while still honoring the impact of your past. The goal is clarity, agency, and growth that feels grounded and sustainable.
How I Work
My coaching style blends thoughtful exploration with experiential tools that go beyond surface-level insight. Together, we make sense of your story, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and practice new ways of showing up in your life and relationships.
The focus is not on fixing you. It is on reconnecting you with your strengths, values, and internal voice so you can move forward with confidence and self-trust. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and paced to support real integration rather than pressure or performance.
